13PreviousSection 13 Discipline and Appeal-The disciplinary proceeding against the member of the service shall be regulated according to provisions of Bihar Government servant (Classification, control and Appeal) Rules, 2005.15NextSection 15 Repeal and savings- (a) By this Rules all rules/resolution/orders earlier notified in respect of the Cadre of Bihar Architect Service is hereby repealed. (b) Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken in accordance with the previous rules, regulations and instructions shall be deemed to have been done under this Rule.
