Section 11 of Uttarakhand Uniform Civil Code of Uttarakhand, 2024 (Amendment) Act, 2026 — Amendment of section 24

In sub-section (1) of section 24 of the principal Code,- (i) in clause (d) for the sign "." , the "; or" sign and word shall be substituted; (ii) after clause (d), the following clause shall be inserted as follows, namely:- "(e) that at the time of the marriage one of the parties to the marriage had misrepresented his/her identity.".
