Section 17 of Uttarakhand Prevention of Public Gambling Act, 2026 — Power to make rules

(1) The State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make rules and issue executive orders for carrying out the purposes of this Act. (2) Every rule made by a State Government under this Act shall be laid, as soon as may be, after it is made before the State Legislative Assembly.
