Section 10 of Uttarakhand Haridwar University Act, 2022 — Powers of the University

(1) The University shall have the following powers, namely:- (a) to provide for instructions in all disciplines pertaining to Commerce, Tourism Management, Pharmacy, Hotel Management, Hospital Administration, Animation, Multimedia, Forestry, Agriculture, Engineering, Computer Science, Agronomy, Business Administration,Computer Application related areas of education and to make provision for research and for the advancement and dissemination of knowledge;
