Section 45 of Uttarakhand Amrapali University Act, 2021 — Protection of action taken in good faith

No suit or other legal proceeding shall lie against any officer or other employee of the University for anything, which is done or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of the provisions of this Act or the Statutes or the Rules made there/under.
