Section 40 of Uttarakhand Amrapali University Act, 2021 — Right to appeal

Every employee or student of the University have a right to appeal within such time as may be prescribed, to the Board of Management against the decision and thereupon the Board of Management may confirm, modify or change or set-aside the decision appealed against.
