Section 15 of Uttarakhand Amrapali University Act, 2021 — The Chancellor

15. (1) Chairman of Sponsor Society shall be the first Chancellor of the Amrapali University, who's tenure shall be of three years. Thereafter the Sponsor Society, with the prior concurrence of the Visitor, shall appoint Chancellor from amongst its members (2) The Chancellor shall have such powers as may be conferred on him by the Statutes made under this Act.
