Section 1 of The Uttar Pradesh Urban Local Self Government Laws (Amendment) Act, 2023 — Short title, extent and commencement

(1) This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Urban Local Self Government Laws (Amendment) Act, 2023. (2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Uttar Pradesh. (3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on 29th March, 2023.
