Section 8 of The Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code (Amendment) Act, 2020 — Amendment of section 101

8. In section 101 of the principal Act, in clause (b) the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:- Provided that permission for exchange may be granted even if the valuation of private land offered for exchange is more than ten percent of the value of the public land. In clause (c) the following proviso shall be inserted, namely:- Provided that permission for exchange may be granted even if the area of private land offered for exchange is more than twenty five percent of the area of the public land.
