Section 13 of The Uttar Pradesh Revenue Code (Amendment) Act, 2020 — Amendment of section 128

For sub-section (1-A) of section 128 of the principal Act, the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely:- Under the provisions of sub section (1), an application may be moved in the case of an allotment or lease of land made before or after the commencement of this code, within five years from the date of such allotment of lease.
