In section 5 of the principal Act, for sub-section (1) the following sub-section shall be substituted, namely :- "(1) The Chief Minister and each Minister shall, throughout the term of his office, be provided with a chauffeur driven motor vehicle which shall be purchased and maintained at the public expense in accordance with the rules made in that behalf."
