16. In section 64-A of the principal Act,- (a) sub-section (1) shall be omitted; (b) in sub-section(2) for the words "two thousand rupees" the words "five thousand rupees" shall be substituted; (c) in the proviso to sub-section (2) for the words "two hundred rupees" the words "two thousand rupees" and for the words "five hundred rupees" the words "three thousand rupees" shall be substituted.
