Section STATEMENT OF OBJECTS AND REASONS of The Uttar Pradesh Appropriation (Supplementary 2018-2019) Act, 2018 — STATEMENT OF OBJECTS AND REASONS

Under Article 205 read with Article 204 of the Constitution, an Appropriation Bill has to be introduced in the State Legislature after demands for Supplementary Grants have been voted by the Legislative Assembly. This Bill provides for the appropriation out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Uttar Pradesh of all moneys required to meet the Supplementary Grants made by the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly and the Supplementary Expenditure Charged on the Consolidated Fund of the State in respect of the financial year 2018-2019.
