Section 2 of The Uttar Pradesh Appropriation Act, 2016 — Issue of Rs. 360797,64,94,000 out of the Consolidated Fund of Uttar Pradesh for the Year 2016-2017

From and out of the Consolidated Fund of the State of Uttar Pradesh there may be paid and applied sums not exceeding those specified in Column 3 of the Schedule amounting in the aggregate to the sums of Rs. 360797,64,94,000 (Rs. Three lakh sixty thousand seven hundred ninety seven crore sixty four lakh and ninety four thousand only) towards defraying the several charges which will come in course of payment during the year ending on the thirty-first day of March, 2017 in respect of the services and purposes specified in Column 2 of the Schedule.
