PROCEDURE OF REVENUE COURTS AND REVENUE OFFICERS

- Section 208 — All fees, fines, costs, other than costs between party and party, and other moneys ordered to be paid under this Act shall be recoverable as if they were an arrear of revenue.
- Section 209 — Provided that when land is sold under this section for moneys not payable to the Government, the provisions of Section 161 shall not apply to such sale.
