Section 65 of The JAMMU AND KASHMIR MUNICIPAL CORPORATION ACT, 2000
- (1)The Corporation shall forward to the Government and the Director a copy of the minutes of the proceedings of each meeting of the Corporation within three days from the date of the meeting.
- (2)The Director or the Government may also in any case ask for a copy of any paper or all the papers which were laid before the Corporation or any committee thereof and the Corporation shall forward to the Government, a copy of such paper or papers.
