Section 29 of THE INDIAN PORTS ACT, 1908
- (1)No person, without the permission of
the conservator, shall, in any port subject to this Act, creep or sweep for anchors, cables or other stores
lost or supposed to be lost therein.
- (2)If any person offends against the provisions of sub-section (1), he shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees.
