03.03.2008 [wef 04/09/2008 VIDE AP EOG NO 88 VIL XV DTD 18/09/2008] A REGULATION TO AMEND THE LAW RELATING TO FORESTS, FOREST PRODUCE AND THE DUTY LEVIABLE ON TIMBER IN ASSAM. Whereas it is expedient to amend the Law relating to forests, forest produce and the duty liveable on timber in-Assam, it is hereby enacted as follows :
