Acquisition and transfer of the undertakings of the Compamy
Sections in this chapter
- Section 3 — Transfer to, and vesting in, State Government of the undertakings of the Company.
- Section 4 — by virtue of this Act, stand transferred to, and vest in, the State Government.

- Section 8 — For the transfer to, and vesting in, the State Government, under section 3, of the undertakings of the Company and the right, title and interest of the Company in relation to its undertakings, there shall be given by the State Government to the Company in the manner specified in Chapter VI an amount of rupees fifteen lakhs and sixteen thousand.
