Preamble.
to establish a Private University under the name and style "Krishnaguru Adhyatmik Visvavidyalaya" under section 6 of the Assam Private Universities Act,2007.
Whereas it is expedient to establish a Private University under the name and style "Krishnaguru Adhyatmik Visvavidyalaya" under section 6 of the Assam Private Universities Act, 2007 and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto;
