Summary
- The Governing Board appoints the first Registrar and the first Finance Officer, and both of these officers will serve a three-year term.
- The first Board of School of Studies is nominated by the Governing Board and will have a maximum of eleven members serving a three-year term.
- The first Academic Council is nominated by the Governing Board and will have a maximum of nineteen members serving a three-year term.
- If any of these first positions become vacant before the three years are up, the Governing Board fills the empty spot by appointing or nominating a replacement.
