Meetings of Authority.
1[45F. Meetings of Authority. -- (1) The Authority shall meet at such time and place as the MemberSecretary may decide with approval of the Chairperson of the Authority, as and when so required.
- (2)The Chairperson of the Authority shall preside over the meetings of the Authority.
