Section 25 of UTTAR PRADESH SHREE SHUK TEERTH VIKAS PARISHAD ACT, 2023

The Parishad shall prepare in such form and at such time every year, as the State Government may specify, a budget for the next ensuing financial year and forward the same to the State Government at least ninety days prior to the commencement of the financial year.
