Section 1 of UTTAR PRADESH PUBLIC RECORDS ACT, 2025

(1)This Act may be called the Uttar Pradesh Public Records Act, 2025.
(2)1t shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
