Section 31 of UTTAR PRADESH NODAL INVESTMENT REGION FOR MANUFACTURING (NIRMAN) KSHETRA ACT, 2024

If it appears to a NIRMAN Kshetra Authority that it is necessary or expedient having regard to the general development, operation, maintenance and management of the NIRMAN Kshetra or periphery, that the permission or approval granted under this Act should be revoked or modified, it may by an order revoke or modify the permission to such extent as it appears to be necessary after approval from the Board.
