Section 22 of Uttar Pradesh Jagadguru Rambhadracharya Divyang State University Act, 2023
- (1)The Executive Council shall consist of the following members, namely:-
- (i)The Vice-Chancellor,
- (ii)The Director, Divyangjan Sashaktikaran Vibhag, Government of Uttar Pradesh;
- (iii)The Director, Higher Education, Government of Uttar Pradesh;
- (iv)The Registrar of the University,
- (v)Three eminent persons in the field of education nominated by the Chancellor,
- (vi)Three persons of social eminence nominated by the State Govemment,
- (vii)Two whole time senior Professors of the University, by rotation according to seniority,
- (2)The Vice-Chancellor shall be the Chairperson of the Executive Council and the Registrar shall be the Secretary of the Executive Council.
