Section 15 of Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Sanskrit Education Act, 2000

Officer and other employees of the Board

For the purpose of enabling it efficiently discharge its functions under this Act the Board may appoint such member of officers and other employees as it may with the previous approval of the State Government, think fit.
