Section 2 of TO AMEND THE BIHAR PREVENTION OF DEFACEMENT OF PROPERTY ACT, 1985

The following new

sub-section (3) shall be added after sub-section (2) of section-3 of the said Act :- “(3) The owner or the occupier of a private property, after giving written consent, may permit, any person or persons, contesting an election, to which The Representation of The People Act 1951 is applicable, either as
