Section 38 of The Sai Nath University, Jharkhand Act, 2012 (AMENDMENT) ACT, 2018
- Any authority of the University mentioned in Section 19 may constitute a committee of such authority, consisting of such members as such authority may deem fit, and having such powers as the authority may deem fit.
