Section 12 of THE RAJIV GANDHI UNIVERSITY OF KNOWLEDGE TECHNOLOGIES ACT, 2008
- (2)Without prejudice to the generality of the provisions contained in sub-section (1), the Director shall,-
- (a)exercise general supervision and control over the affairs of the constituent Institute;
- (b)ensure implementation of the decision of the 40[authorities of the university an constituent Institutes] and responsible for imparting of instruction and maintenance of discipline in the constituent Institute;
