Section 43 of THE MYSORE PALACE (ACQUISITION AND TRANSFER) ACT, 1998

Abatement of proceedings under the Land Acquisition Act, 1894.- On and from the appointed day all notifications issued under any of the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 in respect of the Palace shall stand withdrawn and proceedings if any taken in pursuance of such notification shall abate.
