Section 1 of The Maharashtra Settlement of Arrears of Tax, Interest, Penalty or Late Fee Act

Short title and commencement.

(1)This Act may be called the Maharashtra Settlement of Arrears of Tax, Interest, Penalty or Late Fee Act, 2019.
(2)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 6th March 2019.
