Section 148 of The Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act 1960

(1)No Court inferior to that of Metropolitan Magistrate or a Judicial Magistrate of the First Class shall try any offence under this Act.
(2)Sub-section 2 deleted.
(3)No prosecution under this Act shall be lodged, except with the previous sanction of the
