Section 1 of The Maharashtra Agricultural Land Leasing Act, 2017.

Short title, extent and commencement.

(1)This Act may be called the Maharashtra Agricultural Land Leasing Act, 2017.
(2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.
(3)It shall come into force on such 1date as the State Government may, by notification published in the Official Gazette, appoint.
