Section 17B of THE KARNATAKA LABOUR WELFARE FUND ACT, 1965

wilfully contravenes any provision of the Act shall on conviction be punished for the

first offence with fine which may extend to five hundred rupees or with imprisonment for a term which may extend to three months and for the second and subsequent

offences, with fine which may extend to one thousand rupees or with imprisonment

for a term which may extend to one year or with both.
