Section 12 of THE KARNATAKA INDUSTRIAL AREAS DEVELOPMENT ACT, 1966

The terms and conditions of service of the said employees shall be such as may be determined by regulations made under this Act.

Savings of validity of proceedings.- No act done or proceedings taken under this Act shall be questioned merely on the ground,-

(a)of any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the Board or of any committee thereof; or
(b)of any defect or irregularity in such act or proceeding not affecting the merits of the case.
