Section 142 of THE KARNATAKA EDUCATION ACT, 1983
Removal of difficulties.- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to
the provisions of this Act, the State Government may, by order, make such provisions not inconsistent with the said provisions as appear to them to be necessary or expedient to remove the difficulty.
