Section 18 of The JAMMU AND KASHMIR STATE SHEEP AND SHEEP PRODUCTS DEVELOPMENT BOARD ACT, 1979

The Government may, after due appropriation by law of the State Legislature, from time to time, make subventions to the Board for the purposes of this Act on such terms and conditions as the Government may determine.
