Section 30 of The JAMMU AND KASHMIR STATE ROAD SAFETY COUNCIL ACT, 2018

No suit, prosecution or other legal proceedings shall lie against the Council or any member or any employees of the Council thereof for anything, which is done in good faith or purported to be done in pursuance of this Act or the rules or regulations made thereunder.
