Section 13 of The JAMMU AND KASHMIR SCHOOL EDUC ATION ACT, 2002
- (1)No private school shall be managed and run by any person other than an educational agency. The Government shall prescribe the procedure for registration of educational agencies.
- (2)Every educational agency shall appoint a Manager to look after the day-to-day running and administration of the school managed and run by such educational agency.
