Section 19 of The JAMMU AND KASHMIR PROTECTION OF INTERESTS OF DEPOSITORS (IN FINANCIAL ESTABLISHMENTS) ACT, 2018
Power to make rules.
- (1)The Government may, by notification, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act.
- (2)Every rule made under this Act, shall, as soon as possible after it is made, be laid on the table of the 1[Union territory of Jammu and Kashmir] Legislature.
