Section 19 of The JAMMU AND KASHMIR HERITAGE CONSERVATION AND PRESERVATION ACT, 2010 (Act No. XV of 2010)

The Government may, by notification in the *[Government Gazette], make rules to carry out all or any of the purposes of this Act including constitution of an authority under section 7 and prescription of the date for approval of conservation plans by the Government.
