Section 1 of The JAMMU AND KASHMIR BRICK KILNS (REGULATION) ACT, 2010
- (1)This Act may be called the Jammu and Kashmir Brick Kilns (Regulation) Act, 2010.
- (2)It extends to the whole of the *[State of Jammu and Kashmir].
- (3)It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the **[Government Gazette].
