Section 33 of The JAMMU AND KASHMIR BOVINE BREEDING (REGULATION OF PRODUCTION, SALE OF BOVINE SEMEN AND ARTIFICIAL INSEMINATION SERVICES) ACT, 2018
- (l)If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of the Act, the Government may, by an order published in the **[Government Gazette], make such provisions not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act as may appear to be necessary for removing the difficulty.
- (2)The Government may issue such guidelines to the Authority as it deems fit for the purpose of implementation of the provisions of the Act.
