Section 198 of The Goa Succession, Special Notaries and Inventory Proceeding Act, 2012

Dispositions which (a) depend on instructions

secretly given to another person or (b) refer to documents which are not authentic or are not

written and signed by the testator or (c) are made in favour of uncertain persons, who cannot be ascertained in any manner, shall not take effect.
