Section 117 of The Goa Co-operative Societies Act, 2001

In all cases in which it is provided under this Act that an appeal may be filed against any decision or order within a specified period, the Tribunal may admit an appeal after the expiry of such period, if the appellant satisfies the Tribunal that he had sufficient cause for not preferring the appeal within such period.
