Section 1 of The Delhi School Education Act, 1973
- (1)This Act may be called the Delhi School Education Act, 1973.
- (2)It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Delhi.
- (3)It shall come into force on such date as the Administrator may, by notification, appoint and different dates 1 may be appointed for different provisions of this Act, and any reference to the commencement of this Act in relation to any provision thereof shall be construed as a reference to the date on which that provision comes into force.
