Section 14 of The BIHAR UNDERGROUND PIPELINES (ACQUISITION OF RIGHT OF USER IN LAND) ACT, 2011

Protection for action taken in good faith.- No suit, prosecution or other legal

proceedings shall lie against any person for anything which is done or intended to be done in good faith in pursuance of this Act or any rule or notification made or issued thereunder.
