Section 1 of The Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Act, 2011
- (1)This Act may be called the Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Act, 2011.
- (2)It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.
- (3)It shall come into force from such date which the Government may appoint by notification in the official gazette. CHAPTER-I Definitions
