1. (a)directly elected members from the Panchayat Samiti’s territorial constituencies, as determined under this Act;
2. (b)members of Lok Sabha and members of the Legislative Assembly of the State, representing constituencies which fall either wholly or partly in the Panchayat Samiti area;
3. (c)members of Rajya Sabha and members of the State Legislative Council, who are registered as electors within the Panchayat Samiti area;
4. (d)All the Mukhiyas of the Gram Panchayats falling within the Panchayat Samiti area.
